The Android version of Liberty City Stories (download it here) contains the same improvements as the iOS version, including improved lighting and shadows and upgraded textures. so this mod along with the actual Main liberty city V mod. If you installed and have an infinite load screen on the pause menu etc, and want to remove the mod, but dont know how. I figured it out. Go and install the oiv package again. Before you exit out click on "view install log" in the bottom left hand corner. In that log towards the bottom you will see the 4 or 5 files it replaced in the mod folder. It shows their paths. What you have to do is go to each one of those paths in Open IV but not under the mod folder. You have to go into your original folder. Save those original files from those path locations. then go to those same path locations but in your mod folder. extract them there from where ever you saved them. Once you boot up your game you will see that all has been returned to normal. Make sure to delete the folders you added to the dlcpack folders as well as remove the file that they had you insert with Open IV. This didn't replace anything its just a new file all together. You will see when you go to that path in your original folder that it does not exist there. That is because it was entirely new. Also if you didn't have a recent back up of you dlclist.xml file before that install, this thing just straight up wiped that file out and installed its p.o.s. version. you will have to either reenter all of you dlcpacks/000000 codes manually for the existing mods you had prior or just drop your backed up dlclist.xml in place using Open IV. Good luck any questions or help needed removing this piece of shit let me know I will see what I can do to help. I legit spent about two hours trying to remove this turd. A new Grand Theft Auto 5 [official site] mod will add the whole flipping city from GTA 4, the developers of GTA modding tool OpenIV have announced. Liberty City will be added to GTA 5's world, rather than replacing it, appearing just across the sea. Crumbs! Given Rockstar are seemingly more interested in expanding 5's multiplayer than its singleplayer, it'll certainly be nice to have a huge new world to play in with GTA V's toys.
I know what you're thinking: "Alice, this'll never happen. Remaking Liberty City inside GTA V is such a huge task that it'll either never get finished or be up super-janky." But wait! Rather than make the world over, they're working on a clever tool to import the data from GTA IV. It'll be a small download then chug away magically converting Liberty City and dunking it off the shore of San Andreas. That (hopefully?) dodges legal problems too.
"You will need to download a convertor tool with some additional assets. This tool will convert Liberty City from your copy of GTA IV into GTA V. The converter tool will create a single player DLC pack, which will be installed into your GTA V."
Another modder has already ported Liberty City to GTA V but it's a big download, has performance issues, is missing lots of details, and doesn't have anyone living in the world. It sounds like OpenIV's mod won't be perfect but should certainly be better.

love this especially for the city mods but im having some trouble Maybe someone can help me.. when i install and run the game the atlas map isnt there and the map is all over the place. what do i to fix that? i following all instrctions and even followed youtube videos lol still nothing

A unique aspect of the game is that its setting, Liberty City, is not only the same as the earlier Grand Theft Auto III, but the general layout of the city has remained virtually unchanged (except for some key differences due to GTA Liberty City Stories taking place three years earlier than GTA III). Kazuki then decides to kill Toshiko and Toni, but is murdered by Toni before he can do so and Toshiko commits suicide to be "truly free".
