Crafty's Crafts: Rebranded

The space at 45 Main St. received attention last year when the bar Oak45 rebranded itself as a gay bar named Mister Sister. Some complained that name denigrated transgender women, and the resulting controversy preceded the bar closing a few months after the name change.

In 2009, Leanne Pressly was working at Interweave Press consulting clients on print advertising when she realized they needed so much more. She launched The Wool Wide Web as a marketing agency with services specific to knitting companies and grew the company to 30+ retainer clients in just 3 years. The newly rebranded Stitchcraft Marketing emerged in 2013 to encompass all our other crafting passions and provide social media marketing help for craft businesses in the soft craft industries, including knitting, crochet, yarn, quilting, fabric, embroidery, needlework, and creative sectors.

As a newly rebranded platform there are often discounted membership offers and even if you buy membership at full price, you can cancel at any time for a full discount. And if you cancel after that you will still get a pro-rated refund. So you have nothing to use by trying the platform out.

We rebranded in 2013 to become Love, Pasta and a Tool Belt with the desire to be a place all women can come for simple recipes, cute craft ideas and fun DIY projects for your home. We also enjoy sharing some of our other passions on occasion which include travel, tv shows and mom life.
